If you are looking for an interesting appetizer to start your next dinner party, then this will get people talking. Their small size makes them easy to eat one after the other. The best part is that they make the perfect leftovers, as you can eat them hot or cold.

How to Make These Delicious Fritters

This amazing meal is fairly simple to make. Altogether the preparation takes about 30 minutes, with a 15-minute cooking time.  Here are the ingredients you are going to need:

  • 3 zucchinis (grated)
  • 6 oz of feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 scallions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoons of dill (chopped)
  • Canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • ½ onion (chopped)
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic

Prepare all of your ingredients first (grate the zucchinis, chop the onion, etc.). Once you have everything prepared, you are going to want to drain as much liquid as you can out of the zucchinis. You can do this by squeezing them with a towel or sprinkling salt on them and waiting for it to drain.

Next, mix the flour and beaten eggs in a large bowl. Then add every other ingredient and mix well until you have a thick batter. Set the mixture aside and prepare the frying pan by heating at least 1/2 cup of oil into the pan for shallow frying.

Once the heat gets going, use two tablespoons of batter for each patty. Flip to cook each side until golden brown and use tongs to transfer each patty to a paper towel. Serve with some creamy garlic yogurt sauce and you’re ready to eat this scrumptious appetizer.
